If something is wrong

If a pack arrives damaged, is not what you ordered, or the quality is not what you expected, message us on WhatsApp with a photo of the pack and the batch details printed on it. We will replace it or refund you.

How long you have

Please tell us within 48 hours of delivery so we can check the batch while it is fresh.

Replacement or refund

Replacement: we deliver a fresh pack at no extra charge.
Refund: orders paid online are refunded to the original payment method. Cash-on-delivery orders are refunded by UPI or bank transfer. Refunds usually reach you within 5–7 working days.

What we cannot take back

Packs that have been opened and partly used for a change of mind, and items damaged after delivery by storage or handling.
