What we collect

Account and order details: your name, phone number, delivery address and order history, so we can deliver and support you.
Sign-in: your phone number, to send a one-time password (OTP).
Payments: online payments are handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store your card or UPI PIN details.
Messages: when you contact or opt in on WhatsApp, we keep the conversation to help you.
Usage data: pages viewed and basic device information, to keep the site working and improve it.

Why we use it

To deliver orders, take payment, confirm and support your order, send order updates, prevent fraud and improve the site. We send marketing messages only if you have said yes, and you can say stop at any time.

Who we share it with

Only the services that help us run the shop: our payment provider, SMS and WhatsApp message providers, delivery staff for your order, and analytics tools. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or stop marketing messages, by messaging us on WhatsApp. We keep order records for as long as the law requires for accounts and tax.

Cookies

We use essential cookies and local storage for your cart and sign-in. Analytics cookies, if enabled, help us understand how the site is used.
