Where we deliver

We currently deliver only within Bikaner. Enter your pincode on the cart or checkout page and the site tells you straight away whether we deliver there and what the delivery charge is.

Delivery charges

Delivery is free above the order value shown in the banner at the top of the site. Below that, a small delivery charge applies, shown in your cart before you pay. The charge you see at checkout is the charge you pay.

Timing

Orders are delivered on the slot you pick at checkout. We confirm orders — and for cash-on-delivery orders we may call first — before packing.

Payment

Cash on delivery is available in Bikaner. When online payment (UPI, cards, net banking) is available it appears at checkout, and orders paid online are confirmed once the payment succeeds. If an online payment is not completed, the stock we reserved for you is released after a short time. The checkout page always shows the payment options available for your order.

If you are not available

If we cannot reach you at the time of delivery, our rider will call. If we still cannot deliver, we will message you on WhatsApp to arrange another time.
