Products and prices

Prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices, but the price shown at checkout when you place the order is the price you pay. Products are natural and may vary slightly in colour, size and taste from batch to batch.

Orders

An order is confirmed when we accept it, not when you place it. We may cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock or the address is outside our delivery area — and will refund anything you paid.

Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery and, when it is offered, online. The options available for your order are shown at checkout. We may limit or turn off cash on delivery for some areas or customers.

Delivery, returns and refunds

Delivery is described in our shipping policy and returns in our returns policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your responsibilities

Give correct name, phone and address details, and keep your sign-in OTP private. Do not misuse the site or attempt to interfere with it.

Food information

Please read the pack label for ingredients, batch date and storage advice. If you have an allergy, check the label or ask us before ordering.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Bikaner, Rajasthan have jurisdiction.
