About this product
Pearl millet is one of the few grains that thrives in the Thar with almost no irrigation. Our bajra is from the latest kharif harvest, cleaned and sorted. Bajra flour stays fresh for a shorter time than wheat, so we recommend grinding small amounts as you need them.
How to use
Bajra roti with ghee and gud, bajra khichdi, raab, or mixed into multigrain atta.
Storage
Airtight container, cool and dry. Grind into flour only as needed.
