About this product
Moth grows in Bikaner’s sandy soil with very little rain, which is why it has always been part of Marwari kitchens. We buy directly from farmers after harvest, then machine-clean and hand-sort it to remove stones and broken grains.
How to use
Sprouted moth salad, moth ki dal, moth-bajra khichdi, or the base for homemade bhujia.
Storage
Store in an airtight container away from moisture. Use within 9 months of packing.
